Property listing and management application with map integration, advanced filtering, and a CRM for agents.

The problem

A regional real estate agency needed a listings site that felt as good to browse as the big national portals, plus a back-office CRM their agents could actually use day to day.

The approach

I built a React frontend with map-based search and faceted filtering backed by a Node.js API and PostgreSQL, and paired it with an internal CRM for agents to manage leads, showings, and listing status from the same data layer.

The outcome

Agents moved off a patchwork of spreadsheets and email onto a single system, and the public site’s search experience became a consistent driver of inbound leads.
